His private studio has nurtured developing musicians for over a decade, offering a grounded and empowering approach to saxophone, theory, and improvisation.
Jason is also a sought-after guest lecturer and teaching artist, offering masterclasses and ensemble coaching to students of all levels — from middle school classrooms to university programs. Through his work with Carnegie Hall’s Musical Connections & Social Impact Program, he brings music education to incarcerated and system-involved individuals across the country. At Columbia University Business School, his lectures on jazz and African American culture offer a unique framework for innovation, leadership, and corporate creativity.
